License Fees

License fees are $995 per year, plus $600 for each branch, but not more than $8,000, no matter how many branches. A company can obtain a license for up to three (3) years by paying the yearly fees in advance. This avoids having to submit renewal applications each year. Payment can be made by credit card.

Retailers and grocery wholesalers pay a one-time administrative fee of $100. They do not pay annual fees and remain licensed.
