Dispute Resolution

For resolving legitimate disputes over whether payment is due, there are basically three (3) options: PACA; the Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corporation (DRC); or the courts.

Each of these options are summarized in this section.  However, if there are questions on which dispute resolution method should be used for a particular dispute, it is best to consult a lawyer who can review the pros and cons of each method as they apply to a specific case.
