Gregory Brown

Prior to joining McCarron & Diess, Greg Brown worked at a Manhattan law firm focusing on commercial litigation, including a large number of cases related to the produce industry. In addition to actions enforcing the PACA trust, Greg has handled all phases of complex commercial disputes from inception through trial, including multi-district litigation related to the sale and transport of produce.

As a student at Brooklyn Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2005, Greg assisted in preparing the 2005 supplement to Prince, Richardson on Evidence. After graduating from Cornell University with honors in 1999, he took some time off before law school to serve as Chief Technology Officer at a publicly-traded internet startup.

Greg is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, the District of Colorado and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
